While dosage varies by the individual, we recommend starting with just the tip, or half a flat level spoon, and working your way up to a full flat level spoon. A mounded or heaping spoon is usually Way too much for a beginner. Start small, and work your way up to find your ideal dosage.
Dosage by weight is 25-50mg (0.025g - 0.05g)
